What comes in each RAK Pack?
Each box is curated and contains 2-4 items that represent and embody kindness. Items vary each month depending on the theme. At least one of the items or RAK Challenge is geared towards the recipient fulfilling their own random act of kindness (their choice!). Each month we'll release the theme for the month, but the individual items inside the box will always be a fun surprise!
Will my monthly box go to the same place every time?
This is optional. You can edit the delivery address each month (up to 6 days before expected shipping date), otherwise it will ship to the same address each time. To manage your subscription log into your account at the top right of the page and choose 'manage subscription'.
Will my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, your subscription will automatically renew according to the payment option you choose.
When will I receive my RAK Pack?
We ship all boxes on the 15th of each month. Your RAK Pack should arrive 3-5 days after that.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime. If you have a 4 or 6 month subscription plan your cancellation will take effect prior to your next renewal, but you will still get the remaining RAK Pack that you've paid for on your plan.
