What does RAK stand for?

RAK stands for Random Act of Kindness!

What comes in each RAK Pack?

Each box is handcrafted and contains 2-4 items that represent and embody kindness. Items vary each month depending on the theme. At least one of the items or RAK Challenge is geared towards the recipient fulfilling their own Random Act of Kindness (their choice!) Each month we’ll release the theme for the month, but the individual items inside the box will always be a fun surprise!

Will my monthly box go to the same place every time?

This is optional. You can edit the delivery address each month (up to 14 days before expected delivery date), otherwise it will ship to the same address each time. To manage your subscription log into your account at the top right of the page and choose 'manage subscription'.

Will my subscription automatically renew?

Yes, your subscription will be automatically renewed according to the payment option you chose.

When can I receive my RAK Pack?

We ship all RAK Packs on the 15th of each month. Your RAK should arrive 3-5 days after that.
